I’ve been adding it to soups and oatmeal instead of smoothies, and the fine powder dissolves without any grittiness. The packaging is fully compostable too, which made me feel better about the whole purchase.

The powder blends into my morning smoothie without any clumping, which is more than I can say for other greens I've tried. I do wish the bag had a scoop inside, but the nutrient content makes up for that small hassle.
