How to Blend
- Add one serving (5g) Golden Mylk to a splash of hot water. Mix until dissolved. Sweeten to your liking with honey.
- Top off with your preference of milk or nut mylk. Pour over ice if desired.
Ways to Enhance
- For added health benefits, try adding your favourite Harmonic Arts Mushroom Tincture or Powder, Tincture Blend, Artisan Tea, or Syrup according to package directions.
- For added creaminess and optimal nutrient absorption, add a fat source. You can try adding 1 tsp of coconut or MCT oil.
