The wakame in this blend rehydrates beautifully in soups and adds that briny ocean taste I’ve been craving since my last coastal trip. I’ve been sprinkling the nori over rice bowls, and the color variation between batches actually makes it feel more natural to me.

The mix of dulse, nori, sea lettuce, and wakame is perfect for adding a salty ocean kick to my morning eggs, and the flakes rehydrate quickly in soups. I've already gone through two bags this month and the color variation between batches doesn't bother me one bit—it feels more natural that way.

I’ve been adding a small handful to soups and grain bowls, and the nori keeps its structure nicely while the sea lettuce adds a subtle briny pop. The batch I got is a mix of deep greens and purples, which made me trust it’s genuinely varied. Good staple for anyone who cooks with seaweed often.
